Villa Alba

The breathtaking five-bedroom villa is located just a short drive from the magnificent beach of Cala Bassa, in the south-west region of Ibiza. The villa is entirely designed for entertaining families and friends, combining rustic Balinese themes with contemporary, modernist elegance. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy the famed sunsets of Ibiza with balconies overlooking the countryside. Some of the best beaches in Ibiza are within easy reach, as well as coastal villages, hotels, bars, stores, and just a short drive from Ibiza airport.

The house can host 13 guests with five double bedrooms, each with a balcony and a king or superking size bed, four bathrooms, a shared bathroom and three large single beds. For families, wedding parties and couples, the style is perfect.

The outdoor dining area, bar and kitchen are the heart of the villa. Right under the stars for long, lazy lunches, barbecues or al-fresco dining. The 10x5-metre pool is surrounded by Balinese daybeds and sun-loungers alongside the dining area. The pool safety fence gives peace of mind to families with young children, helping parents to rest as the children play.

The wood-burning fireplace inside the house warms the lounge and dining area, with large sofas and floor to ceiling windows leading onto the outdoor dining area and pool terrace. With luxury appliances, a breakfast bar and an American-style fridge/freezer, the large yet minimalist kitchen is well fitted. There is an internal dining area for cooler nights which seats 10-12 people.
