Things to do in Cala Nova

Beach Visits

Cala Nova is a popular beach with families because of its large size, which allows you to stretch out on the sand. Cala Nova Beach is a great place to spend a sunny day in Ibiza while swimming in the Mediterranean's crystal blue waves. When you get to the beach, you'll see its resemblance to Playa de Es Cana, which is only a ten-minute walk away. The bay is surrounded by pine trees, and the rocks that meet the sand at the beach's rear gave it a great rustic character. If you have little children, it's a good idea to bring a parasol or rent one at the beach, as the sun may get extremely scorching during the summer. The water is ideal for small children since it remains shallow even at a far distance.

Watersports

Cala Nova is one of the few beaches in Ibiza that can provide surfable conditions, with a long arc of dark golden sand bordered by rugged red cliffs and pine-clad slopes. While the water is rather shallow, it does have a history of powerful rips, making it a perfect place for swimming. Cala Nova is ideal for everyone especially in the mornings when the sun rises over the east and warms the beach and sea. It is one of the few beaches in Ibiza where you may catch some waves if you enjoy surfing. When the wind is favourable, you may join the local surfers regardless if you're a total novice or a seasoned expert.

Camping

There is a popular camping place near the Cala Nova beach named Camping Cala Nova. Since 1984, Camping Cala Nova has been a serene, pleasant campsite that has been constructed and operated by a family. It is on Cala Nova Beach, which offers beautiful sand and crystal blue waters and is flanked by pine trees and environmentally protected sand dunes.

The campground, which is approximately 50 meters from the beach, offers lots of cover and vegetation to provide all of the guests with a pleasant stay. Here, all wooden bungalows include one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living-dining space with a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. A gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are also included in the kitchenette. There is a snack bar and a crafts market on the premises. Table tennis, water sports, and hiking are just a few of the outdoor activities available to guests.

Dine

There are a few eateries in the area where you may get a quick lunch if you are hungry. There is also a local favourite beach shack where you can acquire wonderful treats like fresh sardines.

One of the well-known dining places here is the Atzaro Beach Restaurant which serves Mediterranean, European, Spanish, and international cuisine, as well as vegan and gluten-free selections. It is a lovely place to stay with a beautiful sea view and a tropical summer theme. The music helps to relax both the mind and the body. While the meal could be pricey, it is worth the bucks since not only is the cuisine excellent, but the service too.
